Using AI Cal Tracker
These terms cover your use of AI Cal Tracker, provided by AI Cal Tracker. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or use the app with a parent or guardian who agrees on your behalf. General wellness, not medical care
AI Cal Tracker provides food logging, nutrition estimates, goal tracking, and AI Coach for general wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Information in the app is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified health professional. Do not delay or change medical care because of something shown in the app. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
AI Coach and AI-generated advice
AI Coach replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances, even when they sound confident. The coach is not a clinician, does not establish a professional relationship, and does not know your full medical history. Check important claims independently and discuss health decisions with a qualified professional. Do not use AI advice to change medication, manage a medical condition, determine whether food is safe for an allergy, or make emergency decisions. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is not needed for your question.
Nutrition estimates and goals
Food scans, calorie counts, portion estimates, macro values, and goal calculations can be wrong. Ingredients, preparation, brands, photo quality, serving sizes, and information you enter affect results. Review and correct entries before saving or relying on them. No result, weight change, or fitness outcome is guaranteed. Seek professional guidance if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a health condition, or have a history of disordered eating. Do not follow recommendations that encourage unsafe restriction, dehydration, or harmful weight change.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information where practical, protect your account, and use only content you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in the information and photos you submit. You permit the processing needed to provide the feature you request, such as analyzing a photo or generating a coach reply, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful or abusive content, impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, or misuse automated requests.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is available through weekly or yearly subscriptions. Free accounts include 3 food scans and 5 coach messages per day; Premium includes 30 food scans and 100 coach messages per day. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC, with the reset time shown in your local time. Unused allowances do not roll over. Manual logging, calorie and macro tracking, goals, and history remain free. Abuse-prevention limits apply to both plans. Your store displays the price, billing period, currency, and any applicable taxes before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged through your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account; canceling stops future renewals and access normally continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the app or deleting your app account does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore in the app to recover an eligible active purchase. Optional scan rewards
Free users may choose to complete a rewarded ad for 1 extra food scan, up to 2 bonus scans per day. Ads are optional and availability varies. A scan is added after completion is verified; closing an ad before earning its reward does not add a scan. Confirmation can be delayed, including after you leave the app. Verified bonus scans are available until the next midnight UTC after they are credited and do not roll over. Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. Premium users are not shown ads.
Availability and updates
Features and online services may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may limit abusive usage and require an app update when needed for compatibility or safe operation. Keep your app and device updated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or that every device and network will support every feature.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how account data, tracking records, selected photos, and AI Coach messages are handled. You may stop using the app at any time. Settings > Delete data clears tracking data for your current app identity and does not delete your sign-in account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact articlespinnerai@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete cloud records.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Use your judgment when acting on information from the app. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes rights and remedies available under the laws that apply to you.
Changes and contact
